Yamaaoi Wasabi is the first company to produce fresh wasabi (a Japanese crop considered one of the most complex in the world), in the entire Mediterranean and the second in all of Europe.

The project was born in the spring of 2016 and at the end of 2018 the company was launched. With the help of its two partners, Arnau Riba and Pau Gelman, it currently serves hundreds of restaurants throughout Spain and Europe, including some of the most renowned chefs and establishments on the international scene. It also provides service to individuals through its online store and outlets.

Focused on wasabi production, it also produces other Japanese crops, always with respect for the environment and sustainability as the backbone of the project.
